Easy recipe for cooking class with kids (or class breaks ;-))

We've done this with our kids, it's really easy and a good class for teaching instructions and numbers for the quantities. We usually ask the kids to bring the ingredients, each one can bring one different ingredient (they might use what they already have at home), or they can bring the money and the teacher buys, whatever is easier. They love it because it is something they can do at home again.

MUG CAKE

Ingredients
10 table spoons of cake powder mix (the one you buy in packets or boxes in the supermarket, I recommend "Chocomousse" from Fleischmann brand)
1 egg
4 table spoons of milk
3 table spoons of oil

Put the ingredients in the order of the recipe (dry first, liquid afterwards) in a mug (or a 300ml container) and cook in microwave for 3.30 minutes.
